To ensure this, we are taking all of the precautions necessary to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and support the health of our customers and employees. With this rapidly evolving situation, we are continuously reviewing the latest state and local guidelines to ensure alignment of our procedures with the best practices outlined by authorities and public health officials. To that end, we have implemented the following measures:

On product safety:

We have been taking extra care to ensure diligent sanitization of our production facilities to achieve the highest level of hygiene and safety of Woo Me Beauty products. Customers can feel safe knowing that our products are manufactured and handled in the safest way possible.

 

On orders and shipping:

We are grateful for your patience as we take extra care to process your packages safely. As of now, all orders are processed with normal lead times. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. If we experience shipping delays, we are committed to keeping you informed on the status of your order. As always, if you are not completely in love with your Woo Me Beauty product, our 30-day return policy is in effect.

On community safety:

The health of our employees and communities is our priority. We are proactively deploying safety measures, including curtailing non-essential travel, disinfecting our production center and communicating across our team. We are a small business with a small team, so the transition to this “new normal” was smooth for us. Our team is constantly communicating about the latest updates with each other, and we are committed to conveying these to our customers as well.
